Use is limited to authorised hotel operations, maintenance, safety and management activity. Users must keep access secure and enter only information necessary for the task.
Safety decisions
The platform supports operational decisions but does not replace trained staff, manufacturer instructions, statutory checks or emergency procedures.
Availability
Support, uptime, backup, service levels and liability must be agreed in the final commercial contract.
